You will email your upcoming journey to your closest friends and family for support and accountability. This is real, and there is no going back.
Calorie Tracking
Learn how many calories you are burning each day. Your DRENCHED armband will tell you. Learn to log your food with our online food library. At this stage you will become aware of calorie levels and portion sizes you never took the time to study closely. This alone is extremely effective and you will begin to see results quickly.
Mastering Food Choices
Now that you have learned the tools and are aware of calorie levels IN and OUT, take it to the next step with learning which foods to eat for higher energy throughout the day, better workouts, appetite control, and disease prevention. Learn the “must have” foods to keep stocked in your kitchen at all times.
Food Ratio Optimization
Learn to build meals with the exact ratios of Carbs, Proteins, and Fat to control fat burning hormone levels and blood sugar levels. This is when your body is the most optimized for burning fat and toning muscle. Your workouts feel exhilarating and your clothes are fitting better. You have worked hard to get here, but now its time to settle into a life long maintenance plan to keep you at this healthy level for life.
Lifestyle Planning
By now, you have reached your goal and thinking there isn’t anything you can’t accomplish in life. You are looking great and getting compliments left and right. Now you need to focus on strategies to stay there. Your trainer will show you ways to stay the course without her. Its time to take the training wheels off and stay healthy for life.
